Specifically looking for a London apartment for a mid to long term swap. Ideally East London (Limehouse/ Canary Wharf/ Wapping) but flexible. Would also consider shorter swaps, in London or in Europe My flat in Cape Town is newly renovated. It's a compact studio in the heart of Sea Point (but off the main streets, so no worries about the noise, also double glazing helps). Perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a central base to explore Cape Town (if long term remote worker, I would advise for one person). The balcony is ideal for morning coffee or sundowners. A short stroll to the vibrant promenade, pristine beaches, and a variety of shops (Woolworths and checkers less than 5 min walk) and restaurants. Stay cool with A/C and worry-free with an inverter. Experience the best of Cape Town living in this comfortable and convenient space.
