You'll have exclusive use of the apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-plan lounge and kitchen, and a patio. Sleep soundly on a comfy queen XL bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, a kettle, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a screen inside a bath. You'll have a safe designated parking bay inside a gated complex. Near to the Seaside Village shopping centre and the popular Eden on Bay, replete with restaurants and a surf school. On the My City bus route and a 25 min drive to the heart of Cape Town. Regrettably, no parties, no smoking, and no pets can be accommodated. Maximum 2 occupants. Kindly keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbouring residents.
