Our apartment would be ideal for a couple or a couple with one-child family. We have lots of toys/books (in English)/games as we have a 6-year old daughter. We also have other useful equipment for parents, such as a high chair. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven and hob. The views from the balcony are wonderful. We also have a comfy red couch on the balcony for chilling out and enjoying the many hours of sunshine we get here. There's a garden with a wooden wendy house. We have two separate work stations ideal for digital nomads. There's skiing and snowboarding right on the doorstop and even a free shuttle bus from the village to the nearest ski resort. The village has a lovely little shop with the best bread ever which you can buy fresh daily.

We had a wonderful swap with Laura & Norbert in Natz, Italy (Südtirol). Their apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a lovely balcony. The location couldn’t be better: mountains, and amazing hiking trails are all around, and with a supermarket and restaurants just a 3-minute walk away, everything you need is close by. They also left their e-bikes for us to use, which was perfect for exploring the area even more.
When we noticed the WiFi wasn’t strong enough for two calls at the same time, they immediately arranged an electrician and the very same day we could connect directly via UTP cable from the router, which worked perfectly. Communication throughout the swap was super easy thanks to a shared WhatsApp group, and we really appreciated how smooth and friendly everything felt.
They also left our home spotless, exactly as agreed. All in all, we can highly recommend swapping with Laura & Norbert!
