Cozy home in walkable area near Marina del Rey

Our home is cozy but cute on a quiet residential area. We are 1 mile from the Marina, 2 miles from Venice's Abbot Kinney Blvd, 4 miles from Santa Monica, and close to LAX. You can walk to some great local restaurants and shops. We're super close to the Ballona Creek Bike Path. We have 3 rooms set up with workstations. One room has a desk with 2 external monitors and a laptop stand. There are 2 Wifi networks to ensure there is good coverage across the house. Our house has an EV charger. The kitchen has an induction cooktop and oven, toaster oven, microwave, DeLonghi espresso maker, stovetop moka pot, milk frother, and a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. There's a great farmer's market every Sunday in Mar Vista (1 mile walk). You can also rent LA Metro bikes a block away. There is a healthy grocery store a couple blocks away and grocery stores walking distance away, or a short drive (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Pavillions, Ralphs). Nearby we have some notable restaurants: Tangaroa, Hatchet Hall, Sunny Blue, Ginger's Divine Ice Cream. There is a small dog door and a crate in the large bedroom. There is a pool, but it is not gated (not great for young kids) nor is it heated. I only mention the pool more as a warning than as an amenity. Please make sure dogs and children are supervised around the pool.
