Beautiful boho beach house next to the national park, historic Roto House cafe and museum and Koala Hospital (see koala’s from the backyard). Five or so minutes’ walk to an amazingly clean surf beach, cafe & restaurant strip and surf club (bar, yoga classes etc). Fully renovated, bathroom with wall in shower, and kitchen with gorgeous bespoke concrete bench top with waterfall edge, white granite sink with brass taps & water filter tap. Gas cooking with high end Asko appliances, limestone splashback and gorgeous Matt-finish floorboards. All windows have block out curtains and sheer linen curtains too. Kitchen opens out to a large comfy lounge. Bifold doors from adjacent dining opens up to a sunny north facing deck with bbq and grapevines. 2 queen bedrooms and a large study.
