EXTRAS: - 1 train + public transport ticket for unlimited travel in Copenhagen, on the Copenhagen metro, within and around Malmö. - 2 gym entrance cards to the gym next door. - Happy to share our experiences as internationals living in Scandinavia: places worth visiting, tips, advice, etc. ABOUT OUR HOME: - The apartment features an entrance hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious balcony. - Newly built apartment equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, high-quality kitchen equipment, high-end blender, and TV with Netflix. - The apartment and the balcony face a quiet courtyard offering a glimpse of nature, a bike shelter, and a playground. - Ideal for digital nomads with two desks for remote work. - The couch extends into a double bed, thus the apartment is able to accommodate up to 4 people. - The furniture still partially reflects the taste of the previous tenant, but we are gradually transforming it into our cozy sanctuary with many plants.
