The apartment is centrally located, close to popular spots like Oderberger Straße in Prenzlauer Berg and Rosenthaler Platz. There are plenty of great cafés and co-working spaces nearby, as well as green parks for relaxing or taking a walk. On the weekends there is farmer's market and flea market around the corner. The area is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get around Berlin. The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. While the neighborhood is lively, it still offers spaces where you can unwind. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by elevator. The balcony faces the street and offers plenty of space for reading or relaxing. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. Note: This is our primary home, not an Airbnb. We live in this apartment, so you will find some personal belongings here. We take good care of our home and will do the same with yours.
