Quite and spacious place in the heart of the city

Our apartment (110m2) is located in the city center, very close to the central train station & subway, the main shopping streets (Coolsingel, Koopgoot, Meent), many restaurants (Oude Haven, Witte de Wit), and musea (e.g., Booijmans van Beuningen). Within walking distance from the Markthal, the Cubicles, and the river (Maas). We have a large living room with a big kitchen and two dining spaces (bar attached to the kitchen and table). We have sunlight all day on either one side of the apartment as well as a very spacious balcony. The bathroom has a separate bath and walk-in shower. We have three bedrooms, one which is actually used as the master bedroom, one as an office and one is for extra guests or for washing your clothes or exercising. Our apartment is 'high-tech', fast wireless internet connection in the entire apartment and balcony, smart lights everywhere, a projector, Chromecasts, Sonos speakers in almost every room and a Playstation for gaming or watching content on the big screen projector. And last but not least our cleaning 'robot' called Rocky. We have a dedicated office with two desks, one of which is a standing desk. We ourselves take regular workations in which we enjoy a different surrounding while working remotely. So far we have used the platforms AirBnB (when we take our cat Henry with us on the road) or TrustedHouseSitters (when Henry does not join us). On both platforms, our apartment is rated very highly for its amenities, location, brightness, and quietness. We love the idea that other people are enjoying our home as their home away from home <3. The perfect location if you want to explore the beautiful city of Rotterdam and relax afterwards.
