Welcome to my profile! I have a lovely home where I live solo. It's located in the heart of Berlin with many tourist spots nearby and key things to see in a 30 min walk distance and a convenient public transport connection (metro, bus) and also around you can find free parking spots in a 5 min distance (1 block away). The home itself has everything that might be necessary for comfortable living: - workspace station - kitchen table with two chairs - furnished kitchen, coffee machine, teapot, smart lights in the apartment, Alexa, additional screen for work (if needed), and many other things. - Bedroom with a huge bed (200x200). - couch 160x200 (comfortable enough for sleep as well) - underfloor heating - parquet floor Among other things - you will have access to: - rooftop terrace (common access for all people in the building with a special key) - lobby (for work or meeting clients, or just chilling) - gym in the building
