Hi I'm Ayako based in Berlin. My flat is perfect for single person. It is located in a heart of Neukölln but very quiet neighbourhood.
There are many cool cafes and bars nearby, supermarkets and a huge park too.
There are 3 metro station in 5-8 mins walk area. You can go to center in 15-20 mins by public transport.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, many my neighbours are old people or kids. So it's not good for a party but for working yes!
The size is 40 m2. One room, kitchen and bathroom with a bath tub. There is a "winter balcony" which is a just small room between kitchen and a window. This space would be a storage for me and you a bit.
