A home swap allows you to immerse yourself in the island's welcoming communities, making it more than a trip--it's a chance to live the island dream, Our home is recently renovated with open concept and natural light in mind. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, many windows, 2 modern bathrooms and many different sitting areas to enjoy the views. Our back yard is huge, Seventy meters long featuring two decks, complete with gas fire pits and completely private where we can enjoy our hot tub in the buff. Built as 3 bedroom home which we use as 1 bedroom and 2 offices. Main bedroom has king size bed, ensuite bathroom. 2nd office space easily converted to 2nd bedroom with double size mattress. Lots of bright, open concept space, complete with 80 inch smart tv with many streaming options. 2 comfy chairs to enjoy a mountain view or warmth of the cozy fireplace. Dining area for 6 or casual coffee bar. We share our back yard with eagles and many types of wild birds that await our bird feeder offerings. Rabbits, squirrels and even deer if we don't close our gates are also frequent visitors.
