House with a lot of space and a sunny terrace

Our house is on 4 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining area, a living room with two sofas and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with one double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. On the top floor there is a large terrace. There is also a basement with a large room with home-cinema and another bedroom. The house is fully equipped with all modern equipment including wifi, a large flat screen TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. The house is in "Sarrià", a quiet neighborhood in Barcelona. You can reach the city center by "Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat", which is linked to the Underground network, and goes directly to Plaça Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia.. There are also many buses in the area.
