We live in a cozy, colorful, and bright apartment in Rome, fully renovated with care and love just before our daughter was born. This 95-square-meter home features two spacious, sunlit common areas, one bedroom with a double bed, and another room with a comfortable armchair bed and a dedicated work-from-home station. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a new and fully equipped kitchen, and a small sunny balcony. We have set up the apartment to accommodate very young children or a newborn as well. We also share our home with a quiet black cat, though if needed, he can easily stay with our relative and neighbor—where he already spends part of his time. Our home is located in the Quadraro district, just off Via Tuscolana, about 100 meters from Metro Line A. It is a quiet, safe and nice neighborhood. It’s also a short distance from two beautiful parks: Parco degli Acquedotti and Parco di Tor Fiscale. In the neighborhood, you’ll find a variety of shops, shopping areas, and plenty of cafés and restaurants to explore. The metro station served by the main line is approximately 150 meters from the apartment, taking you straight to the city center in about 20 minutes.
