Our one bedroom apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Eixample. It is on the top floor (with elevator), around 50 sqm, and a 50 sqm private terrace!
It is equipped with everything you need, such as a full kitchen and bathroom. We even have AC and heater, which is a luxury in Barcelona. There are 2 desks to work, and we have a smart TV.
It is a quiet area, but close to the city center. Perfect to rest at home and go out for fun. It is roughly 15 min to the center and 30 min to the beach with public transport.
There are many great restaurants in my area, a park, coworking spaces and more. Aldi, Lidl, and other supermarkets are literally around the corner.

Lovely place and good to explore Barcelona from this home! Great balcony view. Only downside was that there was some drilling going on in front of the appartment. Also we experienced a very warm and good interaction with Marloes and friend! We keep in touch
