Cosy family friendly bungalow

Cosy bungalow in a quiet street within easy reach of Leeds city centre. This property is perfect for a single person, couple or single parent. I can provide toys and baby equipment on request, and the street is quiet enough for kids to play out on. We also have a large garden, and 1 well behaved dog is welcome. I can recommend some lovely walks for you. Also, being a bungalow, it's great for anyone less physically able. Although I've listed it as 1 bedroom, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The property is located in Meanwood which has parks, pubs, cafes and supermarkets within a short walk. There is an abundance of local beer brewed here too! Please note there is not a TV in the property but there is good WiFi. I did the WiFi speed check on my mobile, but with a wired connection it is much faster. The house is in a great location for the city or for accessing the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. There are car pool cars to hire in a nearby street, or you can use public transport. I can recommend many lovely places to visit for day trips. I can also loan my car, though you'd need to pay for insurance. Bikes are available to borrow at the property too (only 1 adult bike, but you can access the city's electric bikes close by.) Leeds airport is 20 mins away and costs about £12-18 by Uber, or you can take local buses. Manchester airport is 90 mins by train. London kings cross 2 hours by train. We have a tortoise which you can optionally look after, but you don't have to. Any other questions please just ask. Leeds is a great place to visit, especially if you are on a budget.
