My apartment is a cozy place located in the very center of the old town of Madrid, in the Opera neighbourhood, a few meters from Royal Palace and the Opera House. Singular building protected by having a national architecture award. The building has elevator. About the apartment, the large enclosed balcony in the living room makes this room a pleasant and cozy place. Quiet neighbors and soundproofed windows and bay window for a quieter environment. There is a piano that has not been tuned for a long time that you can play :) Internet and two desks, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, for those who need to work. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a small oven and microwave. Bluetooth audio system integrated in the living room, which has a heat pump and air conditioning.
