This flat is in the ground floor. It has a patio, two bedrooms but one is an office. It's comfortable for one person or a couple. Families may not find comfort since there's only one bed. Located in a neighborhood that is considered the "New Berlin" for its gentrification and great local life: coffee places, art galleries and lively streets. It can be noisy but I've installed noise reduction windows and my office has noise reduction materials.
You won't need heating or AC here but I have a small electric heater and a fan, just in case.
This is a perfect place for a Digital nomad wishing to explore this metropole and the country. I have great internet speed (350 mbps) with the most efficient carrier in the city and can hook you up with friendly neighbors and coffee place owners.
Mexico City is a great base to explore the whole country. It is central and you can take a bus or an airplane to every corner of the country. There are many cute villages near by and for those far away places like Baja California, Chihuahua, Chiapas or Quintana Roo, plane tickets aren't that expensive. Our beaches are wonderful and an airplane hop from here. AND. the airport is only 30 minutes away from this flat. If you stay long enough, you can hit all corners of this wonderful, colorful, surreal and warm country.
I am open for a swap for as many months as my tourist visa allows me to stay.
