Swedish Hideway in Central Germany

Our lovely red and white swedisch wooden house is offering a cozy place with all kinds of amenities for a family of 3-5 with regular guests and dog :-) Located directly next to the forrest with a spacious private garden, you find supermarkets, schools and restaurants just 5 min by car or bike. Entering the front door, you'll find yourself directly in the lofty kitchen / sitting area - as swedish life is centered around this area. You can enjoy quick breakfast with 4 persons at a small diner-style table area, or reach an extra space for laundry and storage. Through a glassed double door, you'll reach the 40qm living area, which is separated in an office space for two, a dining table with benches for 4-8 persons, and a sofa loft with beamer for relaxing cinema evenings. A fireplace brings cozy warmness on cold winter days. A guest bath completes the ground floor. Wifi and 100MBit Internet is available everywhere in house / garden. Bedrooms and spacious bathroom are located 1st. floor. Two double beds are located within the main bedrooms, each offering a walking cabinet and addional space for cloths. A guest-bedroom offers an extendable single/double bed and access to the south-sided balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and - important for every swedish house - a sauna for cold winter nights. Leaving the front or terrace door, you'll find much space all around the house. There are two equipped terraces, a 100qm pond with another spacious sun terrace. We created some highbeds and a greenhouse to have you own herbs and greens, depending on the season. Attached to the greenhouse, you'll find a 6x3m Pool with wooden flooring to enjoy sunbaths and refreshments. The garage is equipped with 11kV EV loader, and 3 bikes are available to share. Garden equippment is all available, too. Supermarkets, restaurants, barber, butcher, travel agency, doctors, school, train-station - all just 5 min by car away. You can reach Hannover City Center and Airpoirt in 20 min, offering all a local capital with 500k inhabitant has to offer - opera, theaters, concerts, bars - you name it. If you want to go around in germany, you can reach most cities easily. Hamburg (1.5h) Bremen (1.25h) Berlin (2.5h) Munich (4.5h) Cologne (3.5h) are super easy to reach. So are the beautiful regions like Lüneburger Heide (wonderfull in the fall) or Harz (beatiful in winter and spring) are only a 1.5 hour drive away. Northsea coastline is just 2.5h by car. A lovely place to hide and recover from daily rush, but close enough to enjoy city lifestyle, too :)
