Lovely, bright condo in Glover Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C., just above Georgetown. Faces a quiet inner courtyard, and is right across the street from Glover-Archibald Trail, great for walks and trail running.
Within a 15-minute walk you'll find Whole Foods, a number of restaurants (sushi, Chipotle, great Chinese, Crepes, etc), CVS, and more. Street parking is easy to find. Nearby bus routes connect you to Georgetown, Dupont, and downtown DC.
Cats welcome (I have two of my own!). Dedicated desk space in the living room, though you can also comfortably work from the dining table. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but you have access to the laundry room on the first floor with plenty of machines.
Seeking a quiet single or couple who will treat the condo and neighbors with care. I've owned this unit since 2021 and think it's a great homebase for exploring DC!
