Oasis in Arlington

My home is an oasis of green space and quiet calm with a <10 minute walk to restaurants, pharmacies, a grocery store, parks, bike paths, and access to DC via bus/metro. It's also only a 10 minute drive to the nearest regional airport with multiple public transit routes to get to all 3 of the airports serving the area. Access to the rest of the city is easily available by public transit or a cheap Uber/Lyft ride. I call the area pseudo-urban for the reasons listed above. The home itself is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome-style condo with an office/den making it spacious but cozy enough for 2 people to comfortably occupy the space. The "backyard" is a shared courtyard with a small patio for enjoying the weather outside. About 2 blocks away is the private pool for residents of the complex for use during the summer between Memorial Day and Labor day. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, and cookware. Kitchen equipment includes a tiny dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. I also have a tea kettle for heating water for tea or the pour-over coffee maker. When I am home, the house does belong to me as well as my cat and dog. Although the space will be cleaned, those with allergies to cats or dogs should be aware there may be reminents that remain.
