I'm happy to welcome you to my rustic duplex, featuring a wooden attic, a skylight to view the clouds and stars up close, a work area, a reading room, and a yoga room. Located in the most beautiful neighborhood, San Blas, with one of the BEST panoramic views. Just a 12-minute walk from Cusco's Plaza de Armas; surrounded by mountains, restaurants, cafes, and close to Qenqo, the Temple of the Moon, and viewpoints. You will feel at home!
I'm a solo traveler and have been living and traveling inside Peru for 4 years now. I will be in Europe for 3 months in August, so looking forward to finding some gems and authentic places to swap home! :)
About my place...
On the first floor is the living room/study, perfect for relaxing, working, and appreciating the views; an open kitchen and the master bedroom, with a double bed perfect for one or two people, and the bathroom. The second floor is an attic, divided into two spaces: a bedroom with a sky window and a reading and yoga/meditation area for relaxing and chilling out. There is hot water, gas for kitchen, wifi :)
**TO REACH THE APARTMENT, YOU NEED TO CLIMB TWO SECTIONS OF STAIRS FOR 7 MINUTES, BUT YOU WILL HAVE ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN THE CITY**. THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE BY CAR/TAXI, ONLY BY WALKING**
It is very well located, the neighborhood is artsy, lovely and calm. With many direct access to the mountains, attractions and viewpoints, main squares and streets, restaurants, and local businesses. There is not parking.
Other things to take in consideration:
In San Blas, we take care of the water, as it comes from the Cusco pipelines in the mountains. You'll have water in the apartment ALL DAY LONG, so please use it consciously :) Shower pressure is strong during mornings and reduces slightly in the afternoons and evenings, due to the neighborhood's environmental agreement to properly manage and diversify water use.
The use of the gas heater is optional. If you want to use it, the cost of gas will be charge additional.
There are dogs in the neighborhood! You might hear them barking around at some point during the day.
