Charming traditional shotgun home in New Orlean's Fairgrounds neighborhood (1 block from Jazz Fest), walkable to restaurants and pubs, Bayou St. John, Treme, and City Park. Short bike or car ride to Frenchman, French Quarter, the CBD (where the museums are), the Bywater & the Garden District. Queen bed, double living room, fully equipped kitchen, claw foot tub, porch, and backyard. The porch and the backyard both have shaded tables, for additional work space. One bike for your use (and a bike share less than a block away, if you need a second!), wifi, central air/heat, plentiful street parking. Certain pets are allowed upon approval...no dogs that charge/hurt cats, please, because many neighbor's pets wander into the yard. In some instances, you may be asked to care for a sweet indoor/outdoor cat.
