Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home has been fully updated since we purchased it a few years ago. It has a magical walled garden style front yard and a lovely back yard, as well. During our renovations of the house, we also converted most of our storage shed into a small office. That's where I am as I work on this listing. This is the home we chose for our grandparenting years, because it has so many amenities for us, our children and grandchildren. The community pool, tennis courts and baseball diamonds are right across the street from us in Hunter Park. The main bike trail for the city of Ashland also runs through the park. And the city's senior center is right across the street. We are also very near schools for all ages, some great grocery stores and fantastic restaurants. The city of Ashland is home to Southern Oregon University, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
