Pretty flat on the second floor of a small condo with ample balcony front and rear of the flat. Size 48 mq. Equipped with everything to make it comfortable and pleasant to live in. Close to the old centre of the seaside village with its traditional stone steps and old Roman arch. There is Archeogical museum five min away by car. The village is included inside the National Park of Monte Conero where you can make lots of wonderful walks and enjoy the wild flowers and the richness and variety of trees. As for the home rules I expect the same respect of the house and the property as I would give to the hosting house.
