Sunny apartment by the beach

Our two-bedroom apartment is perfectly nestled between a long sandy beach and cute little town called Boscombe with great food and drink options. The balcony looks out to sea and is a perfect spot for breakfast in the sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge range of condiments and spices so you can cook up a storm. There is one main ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed. The spare room has 2 work stations, each with a monitor and desk chair, as well as a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The living room has a large dining table which also works well as a work station if separate working spaces are required. The flat is equipped with mesh wifi system so that fast wifi can be found across the whole apartment. As well as the ensuite, there is a family bathroom with a big bath tub. The beach is lined with a paved promenade from Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks (10 miles), for walking, cycling and skating. Along the prom there are plenty of cafes, ice cream stands, beach huts, fish & chip shops, bars and restaurants. You'll also find a TRX bar, an outdoor gym, beach volleyball nets and ping pong tables. Boscombe is technically a surf break, however you need to be a bit lucky to get good surf! Otherwise its a great area for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing off the pier. There are also electric BBQs on the beach to use for free, for post swim burgers. Boscombe is situated in between the Purbecks (30 min drive or 1 hour bus) and the New Forest (20 min drive or 20 min train). Both of which are excellent for long walks, on and off road cycling, country pubs and being immersed in the great outdoors There are brilliant bus networks that run locally and beyond, and we are equidistant from Pokesdown and Bournemouth train stations with direct links to London. Home rules - there aren't really any specific rules, we just would ask that you treat the space with respect and make yourselves at home.
