Welcome to my charming 40m² Parisian apartment, full of character and cozy comfort! The space features stunning 19th-century moldings on the ceilings and beautiful ancient wooden parquet floors that tell their own story. Ideal for two people, the apartment includes a comfortable sitting room and a separate bedroom, which also has a full desk setup (desk, monitor, and chair) — perfect if you need to work or study a little during your stay. Located near the Porte de Saint-Ouen metro station, you're just a 20-minute walk from the lively Montmartre neighborhood and only 10 minutes from Saint-Lazare station. The area is residential, quiet, and filled with charming restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great wine bars (caves à vin) to explore. One special note: I share my home with Gala, my sweet 10-year-old Russian Blue cat. She's a little shy at first but incredibly affectionate once she gets to know you.
