Nestled in the quieter side of South Beach, our home offers the charm of a local neighborhood within a much larger city. Just steps away, you'll find cozy coffee shops and a Whole Foods, while bicycles are available for hire right across the street. This prime location is within walking distance to vibrant cafes and some of the best restaurants in Miami. Whether you’re seeking the energy of city life just over the bridge or the serenity of a quiet retreat, this area offers the perfect balance. Our apartment boasts one of the best sunset views on the island. People pay hundreds of dollars for it next door to us. Enjoy paddleboarding in the bay, surfing on South Beach, or running along the nearby track or in the 3 parks nearby, with a scenic biking and running route all the way up to North Beach. For a refreshing start to your day, practice yoga on the beach, just moments away. For outdoor enthusiasts, our location is a dream. A well-equipped gym is available in the building, and you’ll find additional fitness options on every corner. Padel and pickleball courts are within easy reach, offering plenty of recreational opportunities. Just over the bridge, you'll discover the eclectic, tourist vibes of Wynwood, along with a variety of other attractions that Miami has to offer. As for our 4th floor apartment, it is in one of the smaller condo buildings in the area so only owners and long-term tenants live here. It has 3 elevators and 3 staircases, a resort style pool, hot tub, BBQ, table and chairs along with day beds. The bedroom has a ridiculously comfortable king size bed, down duvet and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, including an air fryer, oven, microwave and dish washer. The main living area with couches and a table and chairs is made to be super comfortable but also practical. We work either from the dining room table or from our mobile standing desk depending on the view we want. We also have an additional screen if you want. We have an automatic robot vacuum cleaner and a projector for watching shows off your laptop while screened on the wall. Our balcony has two chairs and a high table - perfect for morning coffee with the birds singing, or a breathtaking sunset dinner! Everything is temperature controlled by air conditioning and air filtering. Washing machines and clothes tumble dryers are on each floor level. Valet parking is available as well as a conceirge service downstairs. We truly love our home and its surroundings and hope you’ll enjoy it and appreciate it as much as we do!
