Welcome to my sunny Marina del Rey sanctuary! Nestled between Mother’s Beach and the iconic LA Marina, this bright junior studio offers the perfect balance of beachy charm and remote work convenience. Just a 15-minute stroll from Venice Beach, you’re in the heart of the Westside — close to it all, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. Ideal for digital nomads, the space includes a standing desk, walking treadmill, and high-speed internet — so you can stay productive with a view. Wind down in the spacious living area, cook your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen, and rest easy on a plush, brand-new queen bed. The building itself is a wellness haven. You’ll have access to a stunning rooftop yoga studio and meditation deck, a two-story fitness center, gorgeous co-working spaces, heated pools, cozy fire pits, and beautifully landscaped lounging areas. These shared amenities are thoughtfully maintained, so I kindly ask that all guests be mindful and respectful of the community spaces. Every Saturday morning there is a lovely farmers market right outside of the building with fresh produce, flowers, and delicious food. The community is very safe, respectful, and quiet. Whether you’re here for morning paddleboarding, sunset walks along the marina, or soaking in that laid-back LA energy, this space is a warm and stylish home base.
