Picturesque Mediterranean-Oriental 5-BR Villa surrounded by greenery (woods and mountains) near Paguera (beach) in Mallorca with huge saltwaterpool and on-site caretaker (doesn't sleep on site but can can on demand. Max 4 times/week)
The 2 biggest BR have got A/C.
There is a huge front terrace and a yoga terrace in the back.
The living room has got a chimney. There is also an outdoor fire place and outdoor pizza oven.

The kitchen is huge with a gas oven and a lot of storage place. There are 2 fridges.

10 min drive to the beach and the town Paguera with everything you need!
The exclusive town Port d` Andratx is 18 min away.
There is a big walk in closet accessible for all the bedrooms. One bathroom has got a bathtub. There is an oriental part with a fountain upstairs. Parking for 3 cars. Sunbeds and umbrellas on site. Huge eating table on front terrace.
