Two bedroom, 1 bathroom home in the Kenton neighborhood in North Portland. There are two bedrooms on the top floor (one furnished as a bedroom and one furnished as an office) and one room in the basement that has been converted into a bedroom. My home has a nice living room with a spacious kitchen, sun room, office and a nice backyard. I am walking distance to downtown Kenton which has restaurants, coffee shops, shops and bars/breweries. I am also walking distance to a handful of parks. A couple blocks from multiple bus lines and less than a mile from the Max train yellow line.
