Ocean view apartment in a quiet zone

This apartment is located in a residential gated property walking distance to the beach and with all wood furniture and comfy bed. it has ocean view and its quiet. The main room does bedroom and kitchen/ living area but its large enough and the bathroom is massive. There is a little terrace and a washing machine outside. There is a maintenance guy for emergencies and in case of problem. I have yoga mats, blocks available. There is a cat living in the apartment she is independent and super cute and friendly, she doesn't have a litter and goes outside for that. only need to feed her everyday. this can also be done with the maintenance guy if you need to travel. free parking area
