I have a lovely one bedroom flat. It's a small apartment building with 3 floors. Friendly neighborhood only minutes to downtown by car or bus or 10 minute walk. My home is simple and smoke free. It's a queen size bed, lots of room for two! There's parking on the street, unless I'm travelling by car, then my spot is open in the parking lot. It's six stairs down to my place, no need for an elevator. Washer and dryer next door to me, $2 a wash and $2 for dryer. Bedroom and livingroom get the early morning sunrise, so it's bright and I have A/C in the bedroom which cools the whole apartment. I live in a quiet building, mostly mature tenants who have been here for a long time, like myself. I can't risk allowing a pet who may disrupt my neighbours. No parties either.
