Spacious flat under monument protection in Berlin

Hi there :) We are Jasper (Customer Engineer) and Zrinka (PhD student in mathematical modelling), a couple based in Berlin. As a part of my PhD, I will do an internship in Frankfurt for 3 months in Q4 of 2025. Since Jasper can work fully remotely, we would like to swap our lovely flat in vibrant Berlin (even in winter) for this period with somebody in Frankfurt. We are very respectful and would treat your home as respectfully as our own, which also contains numerous gadgets, high-quality equipment and many designer details. This would be our first flat swap, but we are very excited about this idea :) Some information about the flat: it is a spacious 100 m², 2-room apartment (2nd floor) in central Berlin. The flat is under monument (historical) protection with its beautiful floor and ceilings. The flat was also fully renovated just two years ago, offering all contemporary conveniences while retaining its unique character. It comes with numerous gadgets and 2 home office setups. The flat is located steps away from the Gleisdreieck Park, and a short 1.2 km walk connects you to the peaceful and at that time colorful Tiergarten, urban Potsdamer Platz, and the unique cultural hub of Nollendorfplatz. The immediate surroundings offer many restaurants, bars (especially cocktail bars), galleries, concert halls, theatres, and unique boutiques. Bus, U-bahn and S-bahn are also nearby.
