Spacious flat under monument protection in Berlin

Wouldn't it be interesting to live in Berlin for 3 months? We're seeking a like-minded flat swapper with a flat in Frankfurt, for the period between October and December 2025! We offer our spacious 100 m², 2-room apartment (2nd floor) in central Berlin. The flat is under monument (historical) protection with its beautiful floor and ceilings. The flat was also fully renovated just two years ago, offering all contemporary conveniences while retaining its unique character. It comes with numerous gadgets and 2 home office setups. The flat is located steps away from the Gleisdreieck Park, and a short 1.2 km walk connects you to the peaceful and at that time colorful Tiergarten, urban Potsdamer Platz, and the unique cultural hub of Nollendorfplatz. The immediate surroundings offer many restaurants, bars (especially cocktail bars), and unique boutiques. Bus, U-bahn and S-bahn are also nearby. We (my partner and I) are hoping to find a flat in Frankfurt am Main that is similarly appealing for the same period from October to December 2025.
