Plants flat

Flat is 75m² circa. Has: kitchen with balcony, bathroom, hallway, living room and bedroom. Metro is right outside our front door, 15 minute metro ride straight to Duomo, less to Loreto, Gorla, Stazione Centrale, Porta Venezia. You can easily reach Monza, Lugano/Switzerland, Chiavenna, Como, Lake Maggiore, Verona, Bologna, Cinque Terre... . Florence is 2 hours away with high speed train and Rome 3-ish. Cars are not too expensive to rent either and we can support with that. House has: air purifier and fans (no aircon, sorry, but windows on both sides of the flat allow air flow). 6th floor with elevator. Only rules are: 1. Please do not use our pans to cook animal product and do not smoke in our home 2. Please, no yelling or partying as building is very respectful and we love our neighbors (like family, really) 3. Bonus: if you didn't mind watering our plants, it would be appreciated - not mandatory. Right across the street you have: 24/7 pharmacy, bookstore, one of the best gelaterie (must try's are salted pistachio and rhum chocolate), bars, restaurants, huge 2-floor grocery store is 3 minutes walking distance, parco Nord is 15 minutes walking distance, Martesana is 5 minutes by metro and offers lovely riverside walks.
