Stunning villa with sea and mountain views

My husband, an architect, fully remodelled our home in 2022. It is full of light, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen, underfloor heating and air conditioning. There are huge windows, with panoramic views. We have a pool, lots of outdoor seating, a barbecue, and on the roof of the house, we have a hot tub with views of the town, mountains, the medeival church, monastary, and ancient windmills. You can walk into the medeival town in 10 minutes. It has an indoor produce market, amazing tapas bars and restaurants, and a weekly outdoor market. The port is 20 minutes walk away, where you can see the fishermen unload their catch and sell it in a small market. There is a beach where many swim year round, and in addition to the restaurants and boutiques, there is a small independent cinema that shows award winning international films, many in English or with subtitles. Several beautiful coves and long sandy beaches are dotted along the coast nearby. Jávea is recognized by the World Health Organization as having one of the healthiest climates in the world and it is a paradise for hikers and bikers. Valenica, the third largest city in Spain, is an hour and 20 minutes drive, and in addition to the incredible modern architecture and the medeival cathedral and city center, there are fast trains to Barcelona and Madrid, ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca, and flights to all major European cities. In summary, this is paradise! We are very experienced house swappers and have made excellent friends with people around the world through successful exchanges.
