Looking for a long-term home swap (6+ months), ideally with someone based in Portugal — Lisbon preferred.
My apartment is a bright and comfortable 70m² flat in the heart of Madrid, located in the lively and creative neighborhood of Malasaña. It features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, and all modern comforts for remote work or relaxed city living.
Malasaña is one of Madrid’s most vibrant districts — full of independent cafés, art galleries, vintage shops, and great nightlife, while remaining walkable and well-connected to public transport. It’s a perfect base to experience authentic local life in the capital.
