Our home is a sunny, cozy, freshly renovated apartment in the heart of Berlin's vibrant Prenzlauer Berg district. It is located 2 km (4 tram stops) away from Alexanderplatz and offers proximity both to the vibrant Kollwitzkiez as well as Volkspark Friedrichshain. Please note that the building in which our apartment is located is currently undergoing a renovation, with a limited impact on the living comfort. At the moment only minor works are being carried out, without noise. The flat is located on the second floor and the building is not equipped with an elevator. Due to its south side exposure, the apartment is bright throughout the day. The building is 300m away from Greifswalder Strasse which is quite a busy street, so if you are very sensitive to the street noise, this flat might not be ideal for you. However, when the windows are closed, the flat is perfectly quiet due to a triple glass in the windows. Check-in time: from 3:00 pm Check-out time: until 11:00 am
