Be aware, that this is a summer-holiday-home... it is no villa, but an lovely older house with charme...we don't have AC, but fans in summer... We don't have automatic heating system in winter, but we have a fireplace for heating...so you have to be a person, who loves to work also with your hands, not only remote with your computer...
