Quiet Luxury

My beautiful and spacious (74m2) apartment has two big rooms with high ceilings, wooden floor, a kitchen, a bathroom and a loggia. Located in the 4th floor (no elevator) it is very quiet yet provides easy access to the U5 and S-Bahn and the surrounding neighborhoods. The shared backyard is also beautiful to just hang out or have a little barbecue with friends. The living room has a big table (2,5m) as its center piece and access to the loggia, the bedroom has a 1,40m double bed and storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, pots and pans. It has no coffee-machine, though, only a French press.. I prefer tea to be honest, I have a fine selection and multiple tea-pots :) The bathroom is also quite spacious with a bathtub and washing machine. No parties, smoking and pets are allowed in the house
