The house is an quiet neighborhood with local traffic only, the train station is a five minute walk with excellent connections to Utrecht and Amsterdam 20 minutes only, the inner city is a 10 minutes walk.
Nature is also close within 10 minutes you can start walks up to 25 km through heather , forests and sand dunes
