Family flat with garden access near city park

Our 57 m² home is in Herminamező, Budapest, just a short walk from Városliget. Stepping outside, you'll find a bus stop with multiple lines taking you directly to the city center. A bakery is right next to the entrance, and a supermarket is just across the street. Pharmacies and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, and car-sharing services are available in the area. The flat is on the ground floor of a house with a shared garden. We have direct access through our private terrace, where there's a sandpit for children. The garden in front of our terrace is quiet and used almost exclusively by us. Thanks to large trees, the flat stays pleasantly shaded most of the day. Inside, there's a cozy living room, a main bedroom with a workspace for two adults, and a kid's room with a bunk bed and two mattresses—perfect for up to three children. It's a family-friendly, well-connected home ideal for exploring Budapest.
