Located in the National Park of Shinias - Marathon, the apparment is the 1st floor of a two floor building. The first floor is the summer house of the owner.
120 m2 of privacy, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen and a spacious living room with beautiful sea view.
The sandy beach is just few meter away, just in front of our green garden.
Ping-pong, basket, volleyball, sup, board games are some of the extras amenities of the house. During the day, 7 minutes walk you can find beach bar and sport centers (windsurfing rentals etc). During the night the scenic is very calm and you can hear only the wild birds.
In short distance by car you can find super markets, restaurants, bars etc.
The airport of Athens is 40 minutes away.
