Charming and comfortable home in Amsterdam

- We live in a charming three storey house of 130 m2, facing a city park and situated close to the city centre. On street level you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with big dinner table. At the back there is a big terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. - Downstairs you'll find a sofa and tv, plus a desk (extra screen provided), and office chair. If you want, we can prepare an extra workstation. You can enter our little garden from this floor. You can close the glas wall to seperate this area. - Upstairs is the master bedroom (1.60m x 2.10m bed, electrical adjustable), dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Neighbourhood We live on a very quite street in Amsterdam Noord. A green and really hip area close to the city centre. This used to be the industrial part of town, now transforming into a more residential area. In the meantime it's the most vibrant part of town. Across the house is a nice big park which offers a wide green view. Nonetheless the city is close. At 600m you'll find a Metrostation. First stop is Central Station. You could also walk to one of the free ferries to take you into the city centre. Amsterdam Noord has a lot to offer as well, in former industrial places you'll find the coolest restaurants. We will hand you the best suggestions. In the Noorderpark you'll find lunch restaurant Sans and at the end of our street (200m) there is a bakery, a pizzeria a typical Dutch fish stall, an ice cream parlour and small grocery shop. If you like hiking or biking or jogging you can just start from our house. If you play golf: a golfcourse is very nearby, at just 4 km.
