Historic home walking distance to river/food/fun!

Our historic home is located in a beautiful and walkable area of Bend. It was built in 1934 when Bend was a tiny mill town and life was hard. These days Bend is renowned for its outdoor recreation, vibrant downtown, craft brewery scene, tech startups, and stunning natural beauty. It attracts both young professionals and retirees, remote workers, and adventure seekers. Bend is an outdoor playground year round. If you like to hike, camp, mountain bike, paddle or ski Bend is the place for you. We lovingly restored the property in 2024 to give it a more modern, open feel. It is now located in one of the most coveted areas of the city, walking distance to the Deschutes River, Drake Park, many bars, restaurants and shops. There are two mountain bikes available for use and probably some other gear. It has a beautifully landscaped yard and fire pit for entertaining. The master suite is upstairs as well as a flex room that can be used as a home office. Downstairs has two guest bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living room. This house is rented out as a mid-term rental in fall/spring and rents out almost instantly. Come check out beautiful Bend, Oregon in the fall, one of the prettiest times of year. How do you get to Bend, Oregon? You can fly into Redmond airport and it is a 20 minute drive from there. Many people also fly into Portland and from there it is a three hour drive. International travelers: if you are doing a west coast trip - Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, etc, Bend is driving distane.
