An Artist's Paradise by the Beach in Los Angeles

An artist's paradise less than a mile to both the beach and the lagoon. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a very safe, hip part of Long Beach called Belmont Heights. The large couch in the living room folds out to a double bed, the bedroom has a plush queen. There is a hall closet with hangers and a 3 drawer dresser entirely for your use. Second street, downtown, and retro row, amazing shopping, the aquarium, grocery, gas, major bus routes, bars (including gay bars), parks, hiking are all in incredibly close walking distance. Only 10 minute drive to orange county and 30 to downtown Los Angeles. Pet friendly. EASY free parking. Paid laundry on site. There's a music studio in the living room with keyboards, guitar, cajon, and drum kit. The office desk spans one wall in what would normally be a dining room. The living room can serve as a workspace as the couch, coffee table, and smart tv can serve as a workspace. The i, personally use the standing desk in the bedroom (which has no chair) l when I do voice over work. There is incredibly fun lighting throughout the home if you want to use it, such as the disco ball and star projector. This is the Medicine Everyone Deserves Healing Dome, the headquarters of my health and well being nonprofit. It is a safe, high vibrational space in one of the most unique places in Los Angeles county.
