My $2.5million modern apt was featured on several magazine and videos for its design and smart everthing. It sits on the 16th floor of high-end highrise apt complex, right above the subway transit station (quiet thanks to gemany imported windows). All major sites are about 2-5 stops away. High life CBD area is 5 stops aways, Night life Sanlitun area is 2 stops away. Large Parks within walking distance, a river runs below our bedroom window. Big shopping mall and food court, restaurants right next door. The propterty price in our area is highest in beijing. 2 bedrooms with 1 king size bed, 1 queensize bed, 1 kid bed 1 study/work room, a very big desk with 2 moniters, and 2 ergo chair, high speed LAN. kitchen island is a height adjustable table, can be used for coffee, dinner, or workspace. Great for families with kids. Kid chairs/Toys/Books available. Private Playground within the complex garden, more public playground within walking distance. Due to the prime location, the rooms are manhattan style small. Whole apt is smart-controlled. when u close the door all lights out. Since we travel globally, Our apt runs both 220v and 110v electricties, so u don't need adapters. 16th floor plus german windows, our flat is quiet with no noise from the city streets. Even though we do have an EV SUV parked in a nearby garage if u need it for suburb travels, we don't recommend driving in the city(worse than Manhattan). public transit is all you need. Traffic here don't follow rules, and foreign dirver license is not allowed, but u can apply for a 3-month temporary license at the traffic police stations. We are an international family. My wife grew up in London, I lived in New York previously. We have 2 kids born in USA.
