Our home is a spacious 160 m² apartment located on the 7th floor of a modern building, open on all four sides and filled with natural light. Latina is a perfect location to explore central Italy: • Rome is just 60 km away (less than an hour by train or car). • Naples is only 1.5 hours away by train. • Beautiful seaside towns like Nettuno, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Gaeta, and Sperlonga are all nearby. The weather in Latina is mild and sunny most of the year, making it a great destination for both relaxation and day trips.
