Built in 2016, our home located in the heart of Sanur, Bali. 10 minutes by bicycle to the beach, 30 minutes walking. We swap the entire ground floor that has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. The upper penthouse area is NOT part of the swap, as it is long-term occupied by our friend. But it has it's own stairway access disconnected from the main house, thus the entire ground floor area including the garden is entirely yours. The villa had it's own parking space and it is located in a residential area in a dead end street. Shops, restaurants, gym, spas, jogging track, are all in less than 10 minutes walking distance. We have a shy pet cat living in the house, please beware for those who are allergic. There are 1 motorcycle/scooter and 3 bicycles for you to use as transport. The house is cleaned by our helper once a week with fresh towel provided.
