Luxury, Stylish, and Spacious Hollywood Loft.

The home is located in a historic building on the corner of Hollywood and Vine called The Broadway Hollywood. Equipped with a 24/7 doorman and valet. Each floor requires a fob to access. The rooftop includes a heated pool and jacuzzi with gorgeous views of The Hollywood sign, the hills, and capitol records. Inside the 1,800 sqft. Loft is a wide open space. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a standing shower, a balcony, a 15ft walls with 9 large windows throughout the place. The furniture is old hollywood style, velvet red and brown couches and a desk to work if needed. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and dishes/utensils. I have a coffee machine (nespresso) I will put out. The neighborhood is generally safe. Across the street is a Trader Joe’s, next door to the building has a fancy sushi place Katsuya and on the other side, a mom and pop coffee shop “Float”. A block away is the Hollywood Equinox. A few blocks over there are bars and restaurants to explore. Hollywood and Vine is a very iconic spot in Los Angeles. The walk of stars is all through the neighborhood. Universal studios is down the street. Paramount a mile away. This is great for anyone in town who works in the industry. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown, the valley, the hollywood hills and 20 minutes to Beverly Hills. (Anywhere in La is 20 minutes!) As far as rules, I ask you tell the front desk you are a guest of mine and are house sitting while I am out of town.
