NYC downtown loft in bustling Chelsea neighborhood on the border of the lovely West Village, centrally located with access to multiple subway lines to get anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The loft is big and filled with light. It has 14' ceilings and large west facing windows, and it has been divided into 2 bedrooms + an office/sleeping loft, 2 full bathrooms, and a large kitchen, dining and living area. The building is very safe with a live-in super, an elevator and keyfob access. Chelsea is very safe and filled with great restaurants. We have easy access to the HighLine, Union Square park, Washington Square park, and the beautifully renovated Hudson River park. It's also a great location for exploring greater manhattan, brooklyn and beyond because the apartment is one block from all the major subway trains (1, 2, 3, and the F, M, and L Trains).
